Contents
Description
Brooksvale Park is a recreational park just up the street from Sleeping Giant. The park provides a summer camp for kids, trails and a small number of animals. Routinely there are Chickens, Goats, Sheep and Rabbits. The park is adjacent to the part of the Naugatuck State Forest and there are trails that begin in the park and lead to the Quinnipiac Trail. Most of the trails have light gavel on them and the terrain is easy to walk on. There are numerous unblazed trails in this park most of which are unofficial.
