The falls is located on property that belongs to the [http://www.cheshirelandtrust.org/roaring_brook.htm Cheshire Land Trust]. According to the Cheshire Land Trust, this waterfall is the highest drop in the state. It is the second largest overall after Kent Falls.&lt;br&gt;<br /> <br /> The picture to the right shows a view of the smaller drop. There is a larger drop to be seen farther East.<br /> <br /> There is access to the waterfall following the Quinnipac Trail.</div>
